Are there any hidden fees?
None. The prices on this page are everything. We don't charge a "call-out fee", a "diagnostic fee", or anything like that.
What if I sign up and we don't need each other?
Cancel any time. We don't lock you into a contract. We won't make it difficult — we'll be sorry to see you go but we'll sort it the same day.
Can I share my membership with my partner?
Yes. Membership covers your household — your partner, your home computer, your tablet, your phones.
How do I pay?
By direct debit (the simplest), credit/debit card, or by cheque if you'd prefer. We'll set it up however suits you.
