A one-to-one helping hand for whatever you're wrestling with — big or small. There are no silly questions here.

This is the service most of our members use most often. It's a standing offer: when something on your computer, phone, or tablet doesn't make sense — you ring us, and we sort it out together. No charge per call (it's included in membership), no awkwardness, no being made to feel daft.

What we help with, day to day

  • "What is this email asking me to do? Is it real?"
  • "My printer won't print and I've checked everything."
  • "Can you show me how to video-call my grandchildren?"
  • "I'd like to send a photo by email but I don't know how."
  • "The screen has gone strange — can you have a look?"
  • "I need to log in to my bank and I've forgotten how."
  • "Is this website asking me to do something safe?"
  • Anything else, really. We mean it.

How long does it take?

As long as you need. Some calls are five minutes. Some are an hour. There's no timer running, and you'll never be hurried off the phone.

If you'd rather we taught you to do it yourself rather than just doing it for you — say so. That's often the better answer, and we love teaching.
